Notes:
The order of events in a Project Review is generally a linear progression from gathering of data through to presentation of Draft and Final reports. With site visit along the way. 
Our timeline is generally longer that a conventional Review and includes a more relaxed style of intervention in the project's workings. 
In the Gantt chart the phases are shown as separate, but in practise they overlap considerably. And in the background there are several processes going on to capture and process a continual stream of data that arises from the various activities.
